the 4WABS control module may also be faulty. my 94 had hard shifts, no speedo and the OD wouldnt change as i drove. I jumped 4 pins on the control module an took for a test drive and everything worked. got a replacement module and have had no issues since.
Final home and had time to check behind the panel. There wasnt even anything plugged in and I cant find what plugs in. I guess thats my next problem haha. But do i need to buy a replacement or?
I meant the solenoid pack connector. There wasnt even a plug there but I found what i assumed to be the connection zipped tied to the frame. But it wasnt the right one... so dont know where to go from here. Anyone know what this connection is?
you need to look into the mating half of the plug and make sure it isn't full of crap. spray some carb cleaner brake clearer or something like that and clean it out. also look at the mating pins and make sure none of them are bent. an air nozzle would help for cleaning it out too.

First thing I did. It seemed to me that the connector was too small. When Im back down around my truck I can take a picture.
Ford changed the solenoid pack electrically in 1995. They moved the solenoid protection diodes from the solenoid pack to the computer (PCM). They also redesigned the connector to be more resistant to contamination. If the existing solenoid pack connector will not plug into the solenoid pack then someone has either installed an older style solenoid pack or older transmission. You need the correct solenoid pack to match the connector and PCM in the Bronco.
