F150 heads

So I have a 91 f150 with a 5.0 motor. I had to replace the air intake manifold and decided to check head gaskets. Why would one head have different ports then the other....is this common

Being very familiar with the 302/5.0, I would have to say this shouldn't be IF the engine is stock and original to the truck. In stock configuration it would have had a pair of E7TE heads and the ports would look identical on each head. But there's no telling what previous owners may have done... pics would help us help you.

Ports in the head or ports in the intake? It's possible you have a car and truck intake...

Are they different like this?
