I suspect it being the tailgate side of the hinge, you are going to need to replace the tailgate itself. Contact a bodyshop and ask them if the parts are available. If not, time to search for a tailgate.

So oddly enough, my dad still has the old tailgate from his 2001 f250. It is white but I guess I could have it painted to match the Arizona Beige...
Yep I've done this on an '02 Silverado. The cup just achored to flat bar (easily bent in a bench vise) and then I actually got dims off the old one and made a new cup in the lathe. Worked great for years
So a big thank you to my neighbor who has a welder... He was able to weld the cup back on to the tailgate. Not some *****ty tack weld like the factory. This one is not coming off. He ran a bead all the way around the outside edge. He even covered it with cold galvanizing spay to seal it up. Thanks again neighbor!!
By the way.. that JB Weld (5000 psi) didnt hold for this application.
