Does anybody know the part # for a 2011 e150 slider door window? The kind that pops out with four attachment points?
Got broken into this morning and all my tools ripped off...yay. Trying to figure out exactly which window I need online & calling around is proving to be a pain in the ***. Anybody know this part # or how I can find it?
Thanks
I'm in the auto/truck glass business and my break down for that year and position would be a DD09514GTN with a NAGS List Price of $201.65. This would be for a tinted single piece of tempered glass completely bare of any attachments like latches etc. That number could be used by any computer-based inventory database scrap yard---simply mention you have the NAGS number.
That's an exceptionally low price for a part that big---I'm confident my web-based catalog showing part numbers is correct but even so that seems to almost too fair in price.
Thanks JWA. Ultimately I had the dealer use my vin and ended up at $149. Considering I was looking at $220+ shipping to well north of $500 online I'm happy with the dealer price. Peace of mind (I hope) that it's the correct glass goes a long way too.

Good---glad you found a "cheaper" alternative! I did research this a bit further---I've never replaced a sliding door glass so that's a new experience for me. I don't show that piece as being movable so I'll be interested knowing if what you receive via the VIN route is the actual piece you need. If possible please update this thread with the Ford part number---it could be useful to others in the future.
So...I'm STILL waiting for this piece of glass. Tired of getting the run-around from the dealer and the rains have started here in Portland. Originally told 5-6 days and everytime I call I'm given another date and the old "we'll call you". Having enough of that I was told today this is a NAGS manufacturing issue. Seems to me with millions of these things on the road something doesn't add up.

where is a reliable place to get this piece of glass?
Thanks

Dealers usually order glass from auto glass shops, sometimes have to order it from Ford parts depots.
Why is it taking so long? Ordered from Ford, local parts depot out of stock, order referred to another depot, possibly in Detroit.
Dealer may have ordered it on the daily parts order or ordered it on his stock order, which would take longer, plus the dealer would get an extra 5% discount off the net cost price.
IMO: NAGS (National Auto Glass Society) has nothing to do with it. They do not make a piece of glass when they receive an order, that would be ridiculous!
So the dealer is using NAGS as an excuse, as they probably ordered it on their stock order and it's on back order. Let's hope it's not on D99 because if it is, you'll wait...and wait...and wait.
So the saga continues. I cancelled the order with my local dealer ship and ordered from one the big online parts suppliers Lasco Auto Parts. They just informed me they cancelled the order as "part no longer available". I'm fu**ing dumbfounded. How hard can if be to get a piece of Ford window glass? I don't get it.
Thank you kindly for the help NumberDummy. With a vacation trip around the corner I broke down and started calling auto glass places locally. The last estimate I got was $540 or something hence waiting forever on the dealer for the glass. Well I took some time reading reviews online and called a shop with glowing reviews. He referred me to a junk yard that had 2 in house with the lower clips attached and everything for $100. Had the glass in hand 20 minutes later.
I'm still fairly new to Portland and don't know the good junk yards or that there actually were any in city limits with the value of property. This place was a real gem. Two characters probably in their late 50's seemed genuinely happy to help me out. Reminded me of a real deal junk yard from back east where I'm from. I'll be going back to these guys for sure.
Is it ok to plug the salvage yard? I have used Airport Truck & Auto Parts in Salem and they usually have at least half a dozen full-size Ford vans in the yard, fair prices too!
A piece of steel should be cheap and can't be shattered by the next thief.
Pehaps but said steel isn't transparent though.
I miss not having side visibility through my side door glass but with a partition curtain and Snap On tool boxes sadly that convenience no longer exists.
