While my truck is running instead of the fresh air hose from the air cleaner to the oil cap having a slight suction to it to allow fresh air into the top of the motor it is blowing air back into the air cleaner.
I’ve replaced my PCV on my truck hoping that would solve the issue but it has not. I’ve confirmed that the bigger vacuum hose that goes from the PCV to the port under the carb does have a vacuum on it. Anybody have any thoughts on how to go about determining why the PCV isn’t working correctly?
That’s what I was thinking but not sure what’s going to increase the pressure within the motor. I would understand if the vacuum port wasn’t drawing vacuum but it is.
