Starting issues
Hi everyone brand new to this site I have a 99.5 f-250 4x4 manual with a 7.3 diesel in it I love the truck has about 210k on it and runs great. All except for lately when I’m using it the first start of the day is normal. After that tho it seems to crank longer till it starts but once it sits for a day or over night it starts fine again the first time of the day and then goes back to cranking alil bit longer. Any ideas on what could be causing this thanks appricate it

Welcome to FTE! Crack a cold one (unless you're into sake) and stay a while.
A failing starter can do that. Once it's hot it doesn't work as well.
First would be good to check the system voltage. A stuck into the power port on the dash is easy to monitor. Every auto parts store has them. At rest should be 12.3V or so, 10V or so when cranking and glow plugs on, 14ish when running. If you have a DVM pull the connections off the batteries and see what they give you.
I think there is a no/hard start thread up in the sticky post area, check it out.
