I'm have very little brake pedal, no brakes till pedal is about 90% down
I installed a new master cylinder (old one blew a seal)
New rear wheel cylinders, hardware, shoes and turned drums.
All brakes are adjusted
I bled master cylinder and all wheels
If your master cylinder is bled, and everything else mentioned is right, I'd suspect the proportioning valve. Best brake modification I've done is bypass/delete the proportioning valve and installed adjustable valve on rear brake line only.
Most likely one of 3 things.
Master cylinder not bench bled
Improperly adjusted or assembled shoes resulting in too much travel before contact with drum. (Try pinching the rear brake hose off with vise grips. Not so tight to damage hose, just enough to block fluid. If you get better pedal problem is with rear brakes)
Master cylinder is defective and fluid is passing by the piston seals
I swore there was something wrong with my new master cylinder or my install until I went through and bled everything a second time. That's the easiest place to start and might solve your problem.
I'm going to try bleeding it again
Double check the shoe adjustment
Check the pushed length I used the one in the truck not the one that came with new master cylinder
