I at a end on this one. When it comes to my truck i can do practically anything to it all by myself. Heck I even put fuel injection on it without a bit of help. Then I get to doing my brakes and realize i must be an idiot or something. My brakes were crap on this truck. I order to stop you had to really stand on them. No pedal at all. And stopped i could push on the brakes and they would slowly sink to the floor. So I figured hey bad master cylinder what a perfect time to upgrade the brakes. Got the t-bird cailpers, f350 booster and cylinder, and the new front brake lines. Hooked it up and bled the crap out of them. Guess what? No pedal! And it slowly sinks to the floor. Surely the new reman master cylinder isn't bad? I dont want to jump to that so what else could it be? Plz someone get this truck back on the road.

69,
Does the pedal come back up after you let off? Is your booster used? If so, the booster diaphram is shot.
If you've got no pedal then you've got air in the system or your rear brake shoes are too loose.
Tighten the rear brake shoes until they drag on the drum. Use a screwdriver through the rear backing plate. rebleed.
Still got a soft pedal? Air bound master cylinder: This is a bit easier to get these days since they changed the bleeder kits to plugs instead of the old tubes. Remove one of the brake lines from your master. Does fluid drip from the fitting? If not, Put your finger over the hole and have a buddy slowly pump the pedal. When the juice shoots, your no longer air bound. Hook it back up and rebleed. Check the other line. Usualy only one will be air bound. Usually the front.
If this doesn't solve your problem, then you will have to explain your modifications from stock.
Good Luck,
