I am having a hard time finding a 100% guarantee on this, I just found someone parting out a 96 f150 and got him to agree to give me all the glass but I'm not 100% that it will fit my 96 f250 extended cab ( 2 door), I have the brown privacy glasses and cant stand it anymore and my front windshield was cracked driving the truck back when I bought it. Also would the interior panels fit an f250. Thanks!!

Glass is all the same. I have one from an F150 for a window wing and another side glass from an F250 for passenger.
Windshields are glued in, not going to remove without destroying I am pretty sure. Safelite did mine for $240ish out the door with warranty. Sign in online, use a Retailmenot rebate code, and sometimes Ebates has cash back. Then use a credit card on top of that to really get the cost down.

i might do that, I can be a cheap *** so might have to try my luck with pulling it. 75$ for an entire trucks glass isnt bad . I found a video for the removal of the back glass online
. Doesn't look to bad, I cant find anything for the rear half windows though anyone know how they go in/out?

You have to remove the inside plastic trim and take the nuts for the window out. I used some butyl tape on the outside, put new (used) window in and gently tightened nuts down.
