P0087 = Low Fuel Rail Pressure
Do you use fuel additives and possibly dropped a cardboard disc or foil into the tank? The frame mounted fuel filter could be sucking air if it was not tightened correctly at the last service. You say filters are good, did you just change them prior to getting the P0087 code?
I'd start with changing that filter and see what might be inside if anything. Take special care to lubricate the O-ring and tighten the housing until it hits the stop to prevent air from entering the system.
