Violent Surging with video ***FIXED***

Newly acquired a 99 7.3 f250 6 speed with 269k on the clock
ive changed all fluids in the truck new fuel filter and hutch mod. With water separator filter. The issue I have is when you start off from a stop no matter how slow or fast you let out the clutch, when you push the throttle the truck surges VIOLENTLY. It has an edge tuner on it and it does not make a difference what tune it’s on stock or race.
It only does it when it’s warm, when it’s cold it shifts like butter ...and it’s also only in 1st & 2nd
3-5 it’s fine. I ordered a new tps that will be here tomorrow and I’ve checked the ivs and it’s working as it should.
What else should I check.
In the video if you watch the RPM gauge and you can’t see the tuner but the icp pressure drops as if I’m letting off the throttle but my foot is in the same position the whole time.
Thanks Gents

Well, checked the icp plug no oil but the tab that holds it in is broke off, I will grab a new one tomorrow while I’m out, also I had to google the ipr nit but, mines missing the nut and spacer!!! Wtf pics attached....can I buy that anywhere ? Or do I have to replace the whole thing. Looks like it’s been sliding back and forth on that shaft......what will that do ?

Well Gentlemen,

That was it, between the icp plug being loose and the ipr missing the nut and spacer I got it fixed.
Hose clamp on icp until I get one tomorrow and put a zip tie on the ipr so it was tight against hpop and took it for a test drive about 20 miles...starting stopping etc smooth acceleration from 1-5 no issues I will install rebuild kit once it arrives.
Runs better than it ever has, very grateful.

Thanks again

Glad you got it squared away - Wonder if previous owner sold it because of that problem ?

Previous owner was a kid, I found all kinds of stuff wrong with it, all 4 ball joints power steering leak etc etc, slowly putting it back to working order. I bought it to pull the boat and funny enough I just made a 850 mile trip with the truck running like that 😬😬 pulling my 7k boat. These things are tanks.
