I think you can order 19s into the 1st week of August still.
This is what my dealer told me Fri when I ordered my 2019 and it looked like if you ordered a 2020 right away it would be around Nov before you saw it.
Mid August before the order banks open, and November delivery which is disappointing
I’m still on the fence between luxury practicality and rough riding awesomeness, and trying to talk myself out of the 450... I think it’s going to be a 2020 350 SRW SWB Limited, unless there is a 4:10 gear option for the 450, then it’s on....
Certainly some engine updates but it wasn’t enough for me; far from all new. You aren’t even getting all that power they nanny it back. Also didn't want to lift the truck as they are lowering them.
And I more than likely will delete and put a 75hp tune on this so the newer 2020 with the changes was a little less appealing; but thats a different subject not exactly pertaining to this thread.
Not saying 2020 will suck by any means just throwing my 2 cents on why I got a 19 as I could have waited.
I get the 19’ look. I like the grille better myself.
I am not a fan of the 2020 grilles, except for the DRW and the Limited.
I’m still not sure what I’m going to order because we don’t know the rest of the changes include, but my truck will NOT have one of those 150 grilles.
Which leads to the fact that they are interchangeable with one another.
Also, it’s only the 250 that gets lowered, which rules out a 250 for me.
The engine on the other hand is a huge, huge update.
Lots of strength added everywhere. Block, heads, turbo, injection system, everything...also greatly increased fuel pressure for power production, whether its from a tuner or FMC as time goes on. Is it enough to stop someone from buying a 19’ now? Maybe not for some because 935 is plenty, but me personally, I would have been too much of a step forward to not wait for... should have much more power, quieter and a lot more fuel efficient.
The interior is still a major disappointment...
The new 10 speed transmission is enough to not order one. Unproven and the 2019 tranni is incredible. Last I heard the 2019 diesel engine was rock solid also.

Last I heard.. flashback......
The 6.9L with the 4 speed was rock solid..... no way I would risk buying a new and unproven 7.3L...
9 million miles of testing tells me that the 10 speed is a tad better than unproven.
Ah I may be getting older because the 935 is fine. I just want to tune out the nannies and add a few hp just for the heck of it; really do not think i would want much more.
As far as getting a 2020 350 to avoid the ride height drop I would need the 10,000/9,900 gvwr derate. My yellow sticker would be even lower than a 250 for only $1,300 more lol.

The 10 speed is all new for the f250 and only shares 7 percent the parts of the 10 speed on the F150 and is brand new sheet design for GM and Ford. It is not proven yet in the real world. It has more parts to fail. They tell us it is great but they also told us the 6.0 was . It may be a good one but for me I bought the 2019 because I don't want to buy a test product. I am positive the engine will be great but the 2019 tranni is bulletproof and you don't need the extra gears.
I have 3 -7.3 equipped trucks and they are great. I always look for good clean ones.
