Good morning....so im looking at a 2012 F350 Crew thats in really great shape. Its got the 6.2L with 108k on it. $22k asking price. What auto transmission is in this truck, Im just concerned because the trucks been plowed with and id like to know what im geting into.

It has the 6R140 transmission in it.

This is one of the most reliable Ford has come out with to date. Its the same transmission that comes behind the diesels at almost 1000 foot pounds of torque.

 

I would start out with a fresh transmission fluid & filter change - you should be fine.
