Now break light issues!

Now break light issues!
73 highboy, the brake light, and turn signal will only work on one side. There are 4 wires in the harnesses black/ red strip (reverse light), brown (tail lights). Now the other two wires are green and yellow/ black strip. Green wire brake and hazard lights, yellow/ black strip turn signals. The diagram shows green wire to right tail light, yellow/black strip to left tail light. Turn Signal and reverse light work fine. break and hazard light only on the right side. I can only get brake and hazard on left if I switch the wires then nothing on the right. Please help

I am having problems as well, but can't do the turn signal switch check yet.
