Radiator Adaption needed

I have a 96 powerstroke that I adapted into a 92 idi body and frame and I'm having issues with finding a radiator that'll fit the frame on the 92 is about 4in narrower. Had anyone done anything similar and know about a radiator that will work? Reason being I dont use the idi one is it's bad and the replacement that fits is 6-800 dollars

The frames are the same width. It's the core support that's your issue, the IDI trucks had a small radiator option for trucks with no air conditioning. Post a picture of the radiator you currently have. The more common radiator is available from Champion for under 300.00 delivered.

They are not the same width, and the one you're talking about is the one that's special order only and 6-800

Thumbs up

Why not just rebuild the radiator you have currently?
