I lowered the rear of my 2019 F350 using the PMF blocks. I want to put bags on it now but I did not get the air bag tangs. PMF said to get bags that mount above the springs and not the ones that mount inboard on the axle. The 2605 bags are what is called for a 4wd but they mount inboard. The 2600 mount on the springs but they are for 2wd. Firestone rep lady said they will not fit on mine. Does anyone know if they will work on a 4wd?
Check out the Torque USA bags, they are an exact clone with imo better airbags for about half the cost. They mount over the springs. I've had them for 2 years and they are fantastic. You should check out the daystar cradles as well, very handy if you off-road or ever want to put the truck on a lift.
Many people have the 2wd bags on 4x4's. If you look at the video's on E trailers YouTube you will see them using the 2wd part number clearly on a 4x4 truck.
I have the ones that mount on top on the spring pack. 2017 F-250 4x4 6.7 w/ factory 5th wheel/gn hitch. No installation issues other than trimming the factory wheelwell liner
