2010 F-250 reverse lamps not functioning
Ok so my reverse lamps on my f250 Are out and I’m struggling to find out why or where the fault is. I’ve tried troubleshooting it many times but nothing has worked out for me. It’s mostly my fault because I had a third party back up camera and sensing system spliced into one of the reverse lights. three months ago my camera stopped working so I pulled it all apart and found out the wires had burnt at the splice (my fault I know) So I clipped the camera and reverse sensor wires from the lamp splice and there are still problems. I’ve pulled the junction connection between the tail lights and the main harness in the back. The blinkers and brake wires all show 12v while the reverse wire has nothing. Tried replacing the relay. Didn’t work. Tried a continuity test with my multimeter today and it beeped so there is still some kind of contact between the relay pin and the junction in the back. Has anyone else had a situation like this before? And tips would be great. I have no clue what else it could be and I would love to not replace that main wire bundle if I don't need to. Thanks
