First things first is I am not very mechanically inclined so please bear with me. Recently I was to tow my truck onto a trailer due to it not wanting to start and as I was steering it the steering wheel seemed to snap loose. Meaning it now spins freely 360 degrees without the tires moving. My uncle took it apart and says the part that broke is plastic and he can’t find a replacement for it, and even if he could he wouldn’t be able to replace it. Sorry for being so vague but would anyone have any idea what part this could be?
