Engine Paint

Last year I painted a 390 using catalyzed engine paint from a can - I purchased it from Eastwood. This stuff is cool- the can has two chambers ( one for paint and one for catalyst ) and you tap the button on the bottom to puncture the catalyst chamber when you're ready to use it. After that, you have up to a week to use the contents before it hardens inside the can.
I'm just now preparing to get the engine back in, so I don't have temperature experience with it yet, but it's rated to 650F. I know that the paint is quite hard once cured- much more than standard paints.
I wouldn't recommend and non-catalyzed spray can paints- they just don't last.
