1948-52 Wiper Hole Plug

Long time viewer of the site while I was restoring my 1950 F1. I'm on the hunt for an additional wiper hole plug but cannot seem to locate and I'm not sure if the one I have on the passenger side is stock item? Does anyone know if these were on the single wiper trucks and if there is a place to pick an additional one up? Any comments are greatly appreciated!

That looks stock, my 49 F1 came with one on the passenger side. Check with DC or Mac's.... I know they have the gasket but not sure about the plug.

Thanks for the reply! Glad to know that it is stock, that'll help narrow my searching a bit. I've checked with DC, Mac's, and NPD so far without any luck. I may end up searching a couple local salvage yards that still have some of these old cabs in them.

If no luck at the bone yard you could use something like this? or maybe fabricate your own?

I had the stock vacuum single setup that came with the cab that did work. While I was trying to remove the wiper switch I snapped off the shaft for the switch and haven't gotten around to fixing it quite yet. The Hot Rod power tour is stopping close by this weekend so I wanted to have a filler there for that event.

I may work on moejr's suggestion this evening just in case.

Thanks!
