Have you tried eBay, I see a few of them available right now. A Shop Manual for your truck would list the exact size Venturi carburetor, jetting, and power valve that shipped with that engine. Depending on the engine current configuration, camshaft, and intended use, a larger carburetor than stock may not be what you want. Over-carburetion is one of the most common errors anyone can make.

I have a 1971 f100 with a 352 5.8L and I need a carburetor but I can’t find it, it’s a motorcraft 1.23 Venturi 2100 cfm.
Is there some damage to the carb that precludes a rebuild? They are easy and cheap to rebuild.
That probably wasn't the original size carb, but it should work ok on a 352 or whatever you have. I put one on a 289 and it worked great, although I did change the jets a couple times.
