The new addition to the Ford family
Morning All,

I just wanted to introduce myself and thank you guys for the the valuable information I have already researched on this site. I have been wanting a 7.3 for a while and around 4 weeks ago finally found one that fit the bill. I look forward to the challenges ahead to get the truck where I want it and want to thank you guys in advance on your assistance. Its a pretty solid truck and I have been doing some reliability repairs so far. Don't worry, new headlights and grill are on there way. Sorry for the huge pic. I should have resized it.

Ummm.....whats wrong with the grille? Looks pretty good from what I see.

That black guard on the hood channeled the water off each end. It has corroded the chrome badly in those places. I tried 3 different ways to get it off but nothing has worked.
