5.4 chain slap

Hello. I’m new to the forum so I am going to just generalize my question. I’ve read it 1 million times about guides tensioners phasers etc. so I redid mine completely including the new pump and upgraded tensioner’s ratcheting style. It got rid of the idol tick and low RPM ticking from the phasers which is nice but once I got it up out on the highway at 55 mph I start to get my chain slap back. The chain slap is what made me decide to do this teardown and when I did it I also found that my guide had broke off and two pieces were down in the pan. So after reading much about it I went with the Cloyes kit. I’m at a loss because I have read so much on forums about this issue I don’t even know where to begin other than to tear it all back down but I don’t know what I am going to be looking for? Any ideas or someone with similar issues would be greatly appreciated.
