Seems like the batteries are low, check them and charge if needed.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their input and direction. I changed the cps, icp, jumped the battery and put a hammer to the starter and cranked right up! Truck is running with no error codes.......until I give it some acceleration and the charge pipe blows off. I was thinking that the intercooler was clogged but I drove it 100 miles before with no problems like this. I did change my wastegate actuator and did nothing with that nut on it. Any suggestions would be appreciated guys

Put hairspray on it then slide it into the boot, use a new clamp and torque it to recommended torque which I can't recall but someone will chime in. 50-60 inch lbs sticks in my head for some reason. Or was it 120???

I blew the bottom of the driver side pipe 3 times already. After torquing the crap out of that one, I gave it some throttle and the top of the same pipe blew off the y pipe? Could the inter cooler be clogged or am I spooling too much turbo?

Thanks for the tips! I was doing some reading on the hairspray and I’ll do that when I get some new boots with new clamps! Thanks again!

The boots and pipes need to be absolutely oil free in order to get them to stay. Then use hairspray. It lubricates when assembling and sticks them when it dries.

I plan on cleaning the boots and using hairspray on them tomorrow morning.

HD Rider: I am currently rebuilding an I/O stern drive and the hose clamped u-joint bellows is apparently famous for slipping off, so this is used at installation in addition to the hose clamp. Wonder if it has an application here?

That might work.
Hairspray is cheap and it works.
I took my pipes to a local diesel performance shop and had them dimpled with a bead roller.

Undo the pipes atop the spider and apply air. That'll let you know if you need Mylanta

I cleaned the boots and applied hair spray.....worked like a charm! gave it some throttle and never blew the boots off and still not throwing any codes. Now just have to do preventative stuff. Thanks everyone for their input!
