On my tailgate?
I have a 2017 F350 6.7 KR crew cab LB 4x4. On the tailgate center is the backup camera. What is the small round lens to the right of the camera for? I can't find a reference to it anywhere.

I remember the night I bought my truck and walked around the back. I said to myself “Wow that stupid light is bright and right in my face. Who designed that!?”
Fast forward 4 days later when I hooked up my trailer for the first time. After dark. And I saw how useful it was. I couldn’t take my words back fast enough lol

You can turn this lamp (along with other cargo lamps) on and off using the switches in the bed (left rear) and next to (lower left) the headlight switch.
