A/C warm air problem....

Hi again......went for a drive today. 80 degrees out. System off. Turned dial to blue/cold. Moved switch to a/c. COLD air...no IR gun, but it was about 50 degrees. Moved to MAX AC. More cold air. Went to 2-3 stores....turned switch to OFF and parked. Started up each time....switched to a/c and.....COLD AIR. Same with MAX AC. So.....guess all my fiddling with various switch positions did something good and everything seems fine. Will cancel my shop appointment. Thank you all for your posts.
