So, I brought my 2018 F-350 used and it came with the above tires (275 65 18). I was told they would be great towing the fifth wheel and highway driving. The problem I’m having now is that at the 70 psi tire pressure in the rain, I have absolutely no traction on the lawn at the rv park, they slip at the painted lines on the road and forget trying to accelerate.
I cannot imagine that people are airing them down to 55 psi every time there is a bit of rain, or are they just not good in the rain. It has been raining pretty hard but these have been scaring the crap out of me.
First thing I did after I bought my 2017 was sell the Contitracs and get some BFG KO2. Just about anything you select will be better than those particular Continentals.

I used to do the same thing.
Last truck that came with them I kept them as strictly summer tires. They are smooth as silk on dry roads, but pretty much useless for anything else.

I could tell that they'd be basically useless and winter was approaching. But the main reason for me to get new tires was because I wanted something that didn't look like a training wheel inside of the wheel well. The stock tires just looked so little in that big opening.
I had a set of these on an earlier Super Duty I owned. I did not feel safe with them in rain or snow. My dealer now will not sell a truck with them on and will upgrade them on delivery of vechile.
While I am in no way a fan of OEM tires....I have had zero problems out of mine...dry or wet. I do run 45-50psi in the rear though. I will replace them before winter comes
