So the truck starts and idles great. When i put in under load it struggles to run. Seems likes its flooding. at idle when i rev the engine it misses and falls.

where to start?

Have you checked the iginition components, and engine timing? If yes, proceed on to the carb. Check the fuel float level

Pull the plugs and read them. Could be the float sticking. What are you running for a carb?

Off idle stumble

You have some cam overlap that is making you compensate with having the throttle blades past the idle circuit and into the power valve circuits.
The cure takes some experimenting with drilling a small hole in each of the primary throttle plates. If you contact the Holley technical people tell them which cam combination, headers and any other modifications you have and they will be able to advise you on the correct power valve and what size hole to drill in the plates. Also do you have a balance tube between the headers, that also helps to smooth out off idle problems.
The sweet spot will be when you only need around 1/2 of a turn on the idle stop screw, and 1.5 from lightly seated on the idle metering screws.

Almost sounds like it needs to warm up some more. Are you running a choke?
