Radiator

Ok....I think we all know Arizona is hot as ***** in the summer. Overheating can be an issue. It was 99 degrees yesterday and my F250 7.5 was struggling to stay cool. Im going to change the thermostat today but I think I need a bigger radiator. Any recommendations? I have the stock one in it now and its not doing the trick.

Any help is appreciated.

Lots of potential things to check for overheating. If you want to go straight to the radiator, I recommend this vendor:

Radiator For Sale | Radiator Express

Details of my experience here. This was two years ago and I have been very happy with the new radiator:

My truck has the 351W, no idea if your radiator will be different.

If you are not pulling a load or anything else unusual, then it should not overheat, even in Arizona. If you think the radiator is clogged, by all means buy another one. But I would say something is wrong with your truck somewhere, not that the radiator was not large enough originally. Clutch fans are notorious for going bad and causing cooling problems also.
