Hidden wiring....

After installing hidden hinges the normal way of getting wiring into the door interior wasn’t going to work due to the angle of the door and pillar when open.
So I ended up cutting a slot through the center of the hinge and welding in a thin plate to create a channel. Then I bonding the cables into the slot.
Now all that is needed is to provide a loop in the cable where it enters the kick panel area.

Probably a couple of hours for the first one, hoping the second side goes quicker. By the way I used Marine grade flexible wire to allow for the additional flexing that it will go through every door opening!!
