I think that's why I was having trouble finding other ones... everything that was popping up was for the stainless ones! I might have to open the other 3 boxes.

A classic case of switch ah rue, as Chad correctly pointed out. Someone went to the parts dept back in the day and bought some stainless steel caps ( first introduced for the '63 model year ) to replace the white and red letter version ( first introduced for the '65 model year). What you really have are called " early take offs ". They are probably in better condition than some NOS parts with " shelf wear".
