Don't know if the factory fill was synthetic or not, just know I got better MPG with new fluids.

For what it is worth, with 4.30 gears I am running 2500 rpm at 75mph.

My animal doesn't care what I am towing, uphill or down, gets about 13 mpg no matter what.
I guess I can live with that.

There are many factors that go into the MPG equation.
This graph is based on EPA and fueleconomy.gov statistics.

Lol...Tom, your mileage didn't change because you weren't towing anything. Former Metro owner here.

The Metro XFi weighs 1700lbs and my TT has 1800lbs tongue weight, I could have carried it on the hitch basket! But it would have been too wide.

When coming back from Iowa to Texas with two adults, 4 kids, and loaded down with one bad COP I averaged a 15.5 MPG. I was pretty impressed with 165K miles but it has been well maintained.

All stop and go city traffic I’m at 10.5 MPG. That’s lifted on 35 tires. Highway I can get about 13.5 mpg driving at 75. Needless to say MPG sucks

The good news here is....I didn’t buy my Ex for fuel economy. I bought it for towing/cargo capacity. My 5.4 V8 Expedition only averaged 9 mpg when towing our 7k TT.
