Hi All,
We are getting ready to pull out the engine and start some of the maintenance it needs (pan, reseals, uppies, e fuel etc) and i'm now starting to question our engine stand plan.
With the cherry picker still supporting it in case of a melt down.
I'm hearing that the bolt plate won't go wide enough to hook up. Anyone use this and have issues?
I've read online of folks using it so i'm a little confused and given the timeline we have of getting this out and back in I can't waste a day on finding out this won't work.
I have one that looks similar, although mine came from NAPA. I wouldn't be surprised if they came from the same factory. Any way it worked for my son's 99 Stroke.
I had trouble getting the bottom arms to span the width of the trans bolt pattern, but I might have had an old revision of the stand. I bought mine like 4 years ago.
