Engine wiring w
Hello all, I have a 2002 F350 manual trans. My engine wiring harness is done for. The previous owner has hacked it plenty but now I’m blowing an engine control fuse. I come to find the main connector above the drivers valve cover, the engine side of it, the insulation is falling off half the wires right at the connector. The dealer says that Ford has discontinued my harness. However they still make one for an automatic transmission. I can get the part numbers if that helps anyone help.
Can I use the automatic one? What would the difference be?
I can only imagine that there might just be unused wires/connectors...?..
