Help with finding a wiring harness.
Hello;
My neighbor has a 2005 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4x4 with a 6.0. L Powerstroke Diesel and automatic transmission, his truck needs a wiring harness. If anyone knows where he can get one at, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It would help to know which wiring harness you are referring to, as you probably know all vehicles are equipped with numerous wiring harnesses. Also, it would help to understand what type of information is being requested.

As far as I was told it is an engine wiring harness. The engine is not running. I know that there are different wiring harnesses. I just need someone that can point my neighbor in the right direction as to where one can be purchased. I looked at LMC truck and no luck.

For a 2005 F-250 to F-550 6.0L diesel, the correct part number for the main engine wiring harness will either be 5C3Z-12B637-AA for an early 2005. For late build 2005 to 2007 model years, it'll be 5C3Z -12B637-BA. This will include the wiring to all sensors on the engine and the front FICM connector and middle PCM connector. It does not include the wiring to all the injectors and the middle and rear FICM connectors.
To source out where to obtain one, your local Ford dealer should be able to locate where one can be obtained or you can try to Google it.

I clicked on your name and sent a email message. Have him call me at 913 and 704 and 9801 I am sure I have both wiring harness and ficm harness.
