Crank no start

Hey guys, need a little help. Have this 97 expedition that sat for 5 yrs. Ran good before that. Have a crank no start, no spark at plugs, no power to coil packs. And cannot connect to computer. Don't believe it's the anti theft, no flashing light. Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks

Check the fuses for the PCM as well as the PCM Power relay.

All fuses are good. Is relay under hood or inside fuse block do you know

Gasoline breaks down after 2-years and won't burn especially after 5-years. You'll need to drain the tank and then add new gas.

"Bad gas" does not explain why he cannot connect to the PCM with a scan tool.

I know and you already covered that, so I was giving him the advice about the old gas because even if he followed your advice and got it to spark it still is unlikely to run on the old gas.
