Thanks, Paint looks better in the video. There are several scrapes, scratches, dings, etc but didn’t really bother us. You wouldn’t mind throwing fire wood in the back. Interior looks good. No rips, tears, or dash cracking that I saw. Originial shift **** has been replaced. Truck drives good, but does pull to the right.
I'd ask him if he would pay to get it aligned and if he would take 6k, sounds like a great truck especially if he is the original owner.
Nice looking truck. It might be worth 5K. The 7K asking price is for the lift and the big tires and after mkt wheels.
If they added a new Starter etc.... that is just maintenance items that any vehicle needs from time to time.
Does not make the truck worth more money.
Low mileage, rust free for the year is a good selling point, and can command a higher price.
As far as maintenance, the AC belt needs adjusted, and the Alternator belt looks like it is ready to fly off.
It also drives the Vacuum pump. What other maintenance items has been slacked on?
Be a good idea to check the Drive line U-Joints for looseness.
I agree with the big tires causing more stress on the front end. Also big wide tires are only good for looks
and driving in sand. They are also a factor on causing the engine to use more fuel.
