Sorry, I’ve been away for a bit.
The 65 is now the engine that has created some confusion. Not sure what the RN engine in the 64 is yet but it is running.
The 65 has the dizzy at the rt rear of engine. It only has 2 bolts holding the valve cover on. Enclosed are a few pics of it. This is the engine that requires the water pump.

It only has 2 bolts holding the valve cover on. Enclosed are a few pics of it. This is the engine that requires the water pump.Y blocks have the distributor behind the carburetor, 2 bolts retain the valve covers per side, cross over pipe in front of engine.
