Jim, be careful. I'm sure they have found a way to tax and/or regulate the rainfall. Be careful to not wander from the instructed uses, viewing options, being touched by, or appreciating of said rain in concordance of the Commiefornia rain decrees and laws.

Too much rainfall, and the Excessive Rain Tax will be levied. Thankfully, it has stopped for the moment. otherwise, I would have to get out my wallet. LOL

make sure you don't have any cups, buckets, barrels, open chicken nugget condiment containers or the like outside near your apartment. You don't want them catching you collecting rainfall.
