why not used the codes that are engineered for the weight and ride height of your Excursion ?
are you informed about the changes that need to occur to accommodate a longer spring and or a higher spring rate ?
I have searched high and low but no one seems to have them. Dealerships say their discontinued...
I have found these... but their different code #'s.. My code is H. Ive asked the online tech support and dealerships what the code represents, they didnt know. CAN ANYONE HELP. LIKE TO KN OW IF THESE WOULD WORK?

Those are definitely sitting lower than ours.
How many miles on them?
135,000 miles.
The only change ive made, had the rear leaf springs re arched a few years ago. It now sits higher in the rear. A little stiffer too.
Since i have not be e n ab ll e to find stock coil spring replacements, looking into some spacers from daystar to help
With the ex not hitting the bump stop.
What do you think?
i think we already identified your problem so not sure why you are still grasping at bandaids.
I think the problem is currently your shocks and fixing that will keep the suspenion off the bump stops, adding those spacers is going to create more problems, namely put your ball joints in a bind and wear them out as well as tire wear cause by camber.

I agree the problem is probably his shocks.
But, when the springs eventually do sag too much what do we do if the springs are not available?
A slightly stiffer spring wouldn't be all that bad, but it would increase the ride height.
Would cutting off a 1/4 or 1/2 turn of the coil to restore ride height work?
somebody must make a replament spring, just need to find it.
go to your local ford dealer and ask the parts manager where they are getting their replacments
i recall the ends of those springs being flat so cutting a taller one will not work.
Just looked at my springs and the ends are not flat, but the last coil on both ends turn in with a smaller diameter for mounting.
All my older cars had one end that could be cut off and the other would taper into the previous coil making a flat end.
I found a pink tag on one with the part no. YC35 5310-HA.
It has 10 coils counting the smaller turned in ends.
There's a 5C3Z-5310-HA for a F-250 Super Duty 2011-2018, 2005-2007 6.8L EFI,5.4L, 6.0L Diesel OHV, 6.2L OHC NA, 6.7L Diesel T/C, 5-Speed Automatic Transmission 5R110W listed on FordPartsGiant.com, but no detailed info.

Thank you for your help, i couldnt agree with you more....im still searching to come up with a solution. Will be checking the shocks, but in the meantime...
I checked with a local spring shop and they said they found some from here
