i‘m new here 😉 I restore a 56 F100.

Does anyone knows what front suspension it is?

That looks like what is in my 55. I did not install it but this is what the paperwork says that I received when I bought the truck.
Conte Enterprises front suspension
Mustang rack and pinion power steering
1972 Chevelle rotors, calipers and spindles
Upper ball joints: Vega (TRW #10288)
Lower ball joints: 68-72 Chevelle (TRW #10197)
Rod ends: Bobcat (TRW #ES 429-R)

I am not that far along in my rebuild but I do like the vehicle weight database on the Ridetech website and will probably go that route.
