You can't. Nothing will fit a 4.6/5.4.
1. The bell housing will not bolt up.
2. It is not an electric controlled transmission.
.It may be called a 4R70 but the old version before electric control, hence the name AOD.
AOD is throttle pump pressure control and manual kick down.
None of these operations are used after 1997, not even on the V6.

Is the trans totally slipping? If you have hard/late shifts the trans isn't done you have sensor or wiring issues.
The AOD will bolt to the 4.2L V6 but it's an uphill battle after that because of the PCM that is expecting to see computer controlled trans.
