Need help all advice welcome
Okay guys me and a buddy are rebuilding his engine in our spare time already have good set of heads resurfaced but would like to have them oringed. Do you guys recommend anywhere to send them to have them done.

Might want to post your location. Shipping isn't cheap. Especially since your be paying twice. I went with new heads from Kill Devil Diesel in NC but I don't know if they would entertain oringing your heads only.
For some reason I remember finding a shop that will do it and charged $60 per ring, or $480 for a pair of heads. Theres a video on Youtube of a guy showing you how they do it using a hand cutter jig plate Try searching 6.0 o-ring heads or something similar. If I find it I'll post the link.

BHJ is the company that makes the tool. Not cheap.

I’m located in southeast mo would love to spring for a set of killdevil heads. But with we already had to get a different used short block due to the fact that po used 36grit air grinder disk on block surface and crank and timing cover are trashed. Any recommendations are welcome or tips or rebuild are welcome. This hole project will be a slow build

Definitely not going to be a week or two build but hopefully in a month or two it will be done. Atleast that’s the plan anyway.

Well just thought I’d let you guys know that I talked with swamps motor sports and they can oring the heads.
