Ok guys I have a 78 F-150 4x4 with a 351m and C6 auto. Driving home today I was running 60 no problems when she just fell on her face. Slowed down and shifted into 2nd and it picked up and went on. Got back up to speed and down she goes again and does before I could get it to the side of the rode. When it lost power I would press the gas and it would bog down like it was choking. I’m thinking something in the carb broke cause I tore it apart and it was nasty. Need some advice on how to proceed. Thanks in advance
Check your PCV valve to make sure it's not coming apart.
