No. Only from Android devices. You click the link, and it downloads. If u have allow install from unknown sources, that will invoke the install too.
If not, you have to enable that allow setting, and then find the file on your phone, and click it, which will launch install. I had to install one of the file manager apps to locate it myself before enabling the allow setting
