Caster Shims Install

Anyone installed these themselves? If so, any tips? Thinking about tackling it. The instructions on the Carli website seem pretty straight forward. Thoughts?

Mine have been in my toolbox for a few months now...seems straightforward, might be a pain getting the originals out though. Now it's too hot in AZ to do this so i guess i'll wait till november lol.

I agree. That was the only step that I thought might give me trouble. The Carli instructions talks about maybe having to use an air hammer which I do not own.

pretty straight forward use a little penetrating oil and hamer to shock them

Mine came right out with a hammer and a chisel,just go slow and work your way around.took about 20 minutes for both sides once I had the wheels off.

Same same. Be careful though, if you try prying the stock ones out before they're loose enough you can break the flange right off. Not really an issue if you don't intent on using them again, but just an FYI.
