Talk about preventive maintenance.....Good looking EX at a fair price, atleast in the NE.
Not sure if it is a fair price. Seeing that passenger side rear outer rocker, looks like some significant rust about to explode. I would definitely look at those rockers real close. If those are bad enough, to me that would knock 5000-7000 right off the price

My bad. I should not have said fair price, I agree. But this is the going price in this area for most 7.3 Excursions.
I showed this to my Wife just for fun, we are considering both a large Class A motorhome (me) or a big fifth wheel TT (her) for our retirement, she LOVES it. I think I'm in trouble now. I explained that it would need to be our run around vehicle on trips, she frowned then said "How about a little bigger rig so we can load a Smart car or your Metro on the bed in front of the hitch!" Did I mention how I think that I'm in trouble now..........

Personally, I would call it fair.... especially considering the work done to it. I do agree it will need that outer rocker changed at a minimum. I would be curious to see the underside.
If that black X is what you're looking for I think it's not bad at all. Some people insist on specifics like the 7.3, and in black, and in limited trim, and with 2nd row captains chairs, etc.
