It also does not look like a 2002, it has the 2000 - 2001 style front lights, leather seats and not a digital odometer.
I've always seen those listed as 2000-02 lights (with the same design but clear being "03-04"), and I'm pretty sure the digital dash was a mid-year change... possibly the seats were as well?
Always a mixed bag of transitionary features with Ford

My build date is May '02 and it has all the updates.
I bought the Excursion last February in Portland, Or.
It's a 2002 7.3l Limited 4x4 Excursion
Had brand new 35" Mastercraft courser mxt's on aluminum 16's
3" ish lift
Air bags in the rear with on board compressor
Everything else is just like factory. Seems well taken care of. Had 193 on it in February, now has 201k on it. Has been a great rig for me so far. Had to sleep in it for the first time a few weeks ago when the alternator went out on a night trip back home. Would be neat to see if the last owner is around here.

If those 16's are factory offset, do those tires rub, and if not then what's the sidewall say for dimensions? Thanks!

They are actually 315/75's which are a 34.6" I believe. Not quite a 35. The wheels are not a factory offset, I'm sure they are a 16x8 with some negative offset. they do poke about an inch.
When I have the wheel completely cranked, and I flex the suspension even on a small rock or bump the tires will rub. Only when I am turning sharp and drive over something..
Strange ad, huh?
Sitting along side I-16, with a blown tire, no way to get it, so just call it a loss?
" 2000 Excursion for sell. It's a limited edition with 4x4 and the V10 motor with only 99k miles. Interior in almost perfect shape, floors are just dirty, leather seats and from two are heated. Power everything. Selling low because it's on I-16 and I don't have a way of getting it. Needs a tire because the rear driver's side one blew out, I'm just gonna call it a loss."
