P0471 - 6.7 Powerstroke

Looking for info: Getting P0471 code, going through pinpoint tests suggests I need to EP sensor - One caveat, I am not getting a signal from the MAP sensor / no voltage at connector. Would this cause a P0471 code? Don't want to go through trouble of replacing EP sensor if it's actually a MAP sensor or wiring, which is my suspicion.

Thanks - When I followed x7, I don't have a signal from MAP_A... The EB pressure KOEO is not even close to BARO. Would a bad EB cause no voltage at the MAP sensor.
