I bought one off of eBay and one off of a forum member last year.
I might have one that works, but I won't be able to look until Monday or Tuesday.

that for that info 
just ran the codes ....KOEO and getting zero now. with engine runing, get 44 - thermactor fubar. I confirmed with a new TAD solenoid
am getting vacuum after 180 seconds on the hose to the TAD valve but the valve will not hold a vacuum so its DOA. the bypass valve
and TAB solenoid work as they should.
